Josh Monteleone is an experienced, skilled advocate of businesses and insurers in casualty and commercial litigation throughout Louisiana. He represents clients in all aspects of general casualty litigation, including trucking defense, products liability, premises liability, redhibition and construction litigation. Josh has particular expertise and success in litigation involving scientific and technical issues and in dealing with expert witnesses, both retained and adverse.

Josh obtained his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University in 2005 and a Bachelors of Art in Business Administration from LSU Baton Rouge in 2001. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Georgia.
